 Crispy pork carnitas. They're insanely delicious! Today we're making this Mexican pulled pork recipe in an electric pressure cooker. For Instant Pot carnitas, I use the Mealthy MultiPot. Once done, the flavorful pork is shredded and crisped in a sizzling-hot skillet. Serve carnitas tacos at your next fiesta!
