Pork Stir Fry is one of the dishes that just never seems to go out of style. A recipe that is great for a busy weeknight. Cutting the meat, vegetables, and portioning all other ingredients will make it easier for you to cook. 1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 oz red bell pepper
1 oz yellow bell pepper
1 oz onions
19 oz pork tenderloin
3 cloves garlic
1 thumb-size ginger
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups beef stock
