Who says Paella is not an easy rice dish? This simple Spanish-inspired recipe is perfect for those who want to taste the Spanish vibe without leaving the comforts of their home. An easy seafood recipe that is packed with flavor and that elevates humble paella by adding beef and beef stock instead of the typical chicken and vegetable stock. This dish is great with white wine pairings and a perfect dish for a Sunday family lunch meal. This can be served during lunch and dinner.
