Quickly roasted crispy kale with tamari sauce

8 oz chopped kale
1 tbsp. reduced sodium tamari or soy sauce
1 tsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
3/4 tsp. sumac or smoky paprika
1/4 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
