1 pkg Macaroni noodles
1/2 lb. cooked salad shrimp (optional)
2-3 green onions, chopped from top to bottom
1/2 can olives, finely chopped
2-3 celery sticks, chopped
1 pkg. (16 oz) Farmland fully cooked, cubed ham
1 pkg. Kraft Monterrey and Colby jack cheese cubes
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. miracle whip
