1 package au jus
Water

1 package au jus
Water
Put the roast in the crock pot and add water. (I added about a cup)
Season the roast with salt, pepper and steak seasoning.
Add au jus and beef cube. Stir.
Cook on high for 5 to 6 hours.
Uncover and stir....
