Thai Chicken Salad

4 cups shredded chicken
1/2 lb. Asparagus
1 Red Pepper, cut into strips
2 Green Onions, sliced
2 Tbls. sesame seeds
1/2 cup cashews
1 can Mandarin Oranges

Dressing:

1/2 cup oil
2 Tbls. vinegar
3 Tbls. soy sauce
1 1/2 Tbls. sesame oil
1/2 Tbls. honey
1 clove garlic minced
1/2 tsp. fresh ginger, grated
1/2 Tbls. sesame seeds
1/4 cup smooth peanut butter
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Topping (optional):

1 cup slivered almonds
1 Tbls. sesame seeds
1 pkg. Ramen noodles, crushed (no seasoning)
2 Tbls butter
