My all time favorite fall pancakes recipe! Fresh grated apples are included in the batter along with a blend of amazing Fall inspired spices! You're whole family will LOVE them!

1 cup all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp light brown sugar, packed
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground clove
1/8 tsp salt
1 cup whole milk
1 large egg
1 Tbsp butter, melted and cooled slightly
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup grated apple (about 1 medium apple, peeled and grated)
For the diced apple topping (optional)
1 apple diced
1 1/2 tsp Brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp sugar
1 Tbsp butter
