Bread pudding meets tiramisu!

2 1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup Kahlua or Creme de Cocoa (or whatever is your favorite)
2 tablespoons instant coffee crystals
6 eggs, lightly beaten
2 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla (I just used more alcohol)
8 cups torn white bread slices (about 12 slices)
About 8 oz. of cream cheese

I had to warm up my milk and put the coffee crystals in it cuz they wouldn’t dissolve. Once cooled slightly, I added the alcohol and tore up the bread and let it all soak together overnight in a covered...
