Tofu Meat Asparagus

This dish is perfect for lunch with your family.

ingredients:
200 grams of tofu, drained, cut into pieces
100 grams of beef, thinly sliced
4 sticks of green asparagus, cleaned, cut into pieces
3 pieces of oyster mushrooms, wipe

seasoning:
150 ml of water
75 ml of soy sauce
1 tsp sesame puree
2 cloves of garlic, grated
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
How to make: 1. Arrange tofu and meat in the pan or skillet. 2. Pour the seasoning ingredients, cover the pan, cook on medium heat to boil. 3. Stir occasionally and turning. Add asparagus and mushrooms. 4. Cook until sauce is reduced and the vegetables are tender. 5. Remove and serve warm.
