Tomato and Mozzarella Salad Pitas with Lemon Hummus

A quick, fresh vegetarian lunch with fresh mozzarella, spinach and tomatoes. The lemon hummus adds a delicious freshness and zing!

1 large pita, sliced in half
1 medium tomato, chopped
1/2 lb fresh mozzarella, chopped
2 cups fresh spinach, roughly chopped
Olive oil (approximately 1 tablespoon)
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
Pepper, to taste
1/4 cup lemon hummus
