TRAEGER GRILLED CHICKEN KABOBS

THESE TRAEGER GRILLED CHICKEN KABOBS WERE NOT ONLY SURPRISING, THEY WERE ALSO REALLY EASY.

1/2 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon coarse ground pepper
2 tablespoons fresh chives {chopped}
1 1/2 teaspoons fresh thyme {chopped}
2 tablespoons fresh Italian parsley {chopped}
1 tablespoons minced garlic
Kabobs:
1 each red, orange, and yellow bell pepper
1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts {cut into 2 inch chunks}
10-12 medium crimini mushrooms
Serve with:
naan bread
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons salt

Mix together all of the marinade ingredients, and toss in the chicken and mushrooms. Marinade for 30 minutes in the fridge. While marinating, soak the kabob skewers in hot water.
