Well I have finally found my go to recipe. I have told you how obsessed I have been with quinoa. This recipe combines quinoa and canned fish to make the perfect dish.

1 5oz. Canned tuna, drained
1 1/2 cups quinoa, cooked and cooled
1 egg
1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
Juice from a half of lemon
2 green onions, chopped
1/2 tablespoon dried parsley
Salt
