Tuna Wrap and Tortilla House

100 g of flour
- butter 20 g
- 5 cl of water
- 1 yellow egg and oil (or ready mayonnaise)
- 10 sprigs of chives
- 6 leaves of salad
- 1 box of tuna
Prepare tortillas. Gather the flour and butter into pieces and perform a sandblasting of the fingertips. Add the water and form a ball of dough. Book cold 20 min. then separate the dough into two and lower two circles as finely as possible. In a lightly oiled hot skillet, place a circle of dough. Enter both sides very quickly so that the tortillas are soft. Prepare the filling. Mount a mayonnaise with an egg yolk, 1 tablespoon mustard and oil. Chop salad leaves and chop the chives. In a bowl, collect, salad and chive, drained tuna and 2 tablespoons mayonnaise. Salt, pepper and mix the trim. Place cool. Mount the wrap at the last moment and enjoy well chilled.
