These are yummy, moist and guess what, healthy.

1 lb lean ground turkey

1/4 lb lean ground pork

1/2 cup bread crumbs

1/4 cup chopped green pepper

2 green onions, chopped

1 egg, well beaten

3 tbsp milk

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 ground pepper

3 tbsp soy sauce

Orange Marmalade
In a blender mix green pepper, onion, egg, milk, salt, pepper, and soy sauce until smooth. Pour over bread crumbs. Let stand to soften. Mix pork and turkey, add crumb mixture. Mix well. Make into 6 - 3/4"...
