Turkey meatballs that cook within 12 minutes are then glazed with a sweet, tangy balsamic vinegar glaze. Serve on top of creamy red skin mashed potatoes for a cozy weeknight meal.

1/2 cup bread crumbs, original
1 Tbs oil

2 Tbs butter
1 small white onion chopped
2 cloves garlic minced
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 Tbs balsamic vinegar
2 Tbs soy sauce

This crispy fried chicken sandwich recipe is better than Chik-Fil-A, Popeye's or McDonald's! The chicken breast is brined in pickle juice, breaded with flavorful seasonings, fried until golden brown, and then piled on a toasted brioche bun with lettuce, tomato, pickles and mayonnaise. 1/2 c dill pickle juice
2 c all purpose flour
2 T confectioners sugar
2 t baking powder
2 t paprika
2 t kosher salt
1/2 t black pepper
