Who said crepes are only a breakfast food?? These savory deli crepes whip up in a flash and are so full of flavor, it's bound to make a recurring appearance on your lunch or dinner table!

For the crepes:
1 ½ c milk
1 c flour
2 Tb sugar
1 Tb veg. oil
2 egg

For the Filling:
Deli shaved turkey
Provolone cheese slices
Tomatoes, sliced
Avacados, sliced
