Turkey, Pumpkin and White Bean Chili

Are you looking for a way to sneak some extra veggies into your family's diet? This chili recipe will do just that! Although, to me, you can't really taste the pumpkin in this recipe, it makes the chili super creamy, is delicious and easy to pull together AND it cooks all day in the crock pot! Perfect for busy fall days! Enjoy!

1 1/3 lb. 93% lean ground turkey
1 small onion, finely diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 t. chili powder
1 t. oregano
2 t. cumin
2 bay leaves
2 (15 oz.) cans white beans (northern, navy, cannellini)
1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin puree
1 (4.5 oz.) can diced green chiles
2 c. low sodium chicken broth
2 c. frozen corn
2 t salt
1 t. black pepper
