Turkey Waldorf Salad

The fresh fruit in this salad make it a very pleasing and delicious way to shed unwanted pounds. With the perfect ratio of protein, carbohydrates, and fat to optimize your body's ability to burn stored fat for energy, it is healthy yet delicious!

1/2 cup cubed or sliced turkey breast meat
2 Tbs. diced celery
10 red or green seedless grapes, cut in half
1 whole apple, diced
1 Tbs. mayonnaise, safflower or regular
Mix together all ingredients with a dash of lemon. Toss to coat.
