Classic turtle taste in a delicious cupcake! These cupcakes are sure to please!

For Cupcakes:
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tbsp dark chocolate cocoa powder
1 1/2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1/3 cup semisweet baker’s chocolate, melted
Caramel Filling:
4 tbsp butter
1/4 cup brown sugar (light or dark)
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk + 1 tbsp butter {or 1/2 cup whipping cream}
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Caramel Buttercream:
1 cup butter
3 cups powdered sugar
1 cup prepared caramel
Splash of milk
1 cup flour
