Tuscan Ravioli Soup

Hearty tomato & ravioli soup with sausage & spinach to fill you up.

2 pounds ground sausage
2 (28 ounce) cans crushed tomatoes
32 ounces chicken stock
1 qt half & half
1/2 pint heavy cream
1/2 onion
1/2 tbsp garlic paste
8 cups baby spinach leaves
1/2 stick butter
20 ounce package fresh ravioli (we used 4 cheese but you can use any flavor)
6 ounces shredded Parmesan cheese
Salt, pepper, granulated garlic to taste
Top with croutons to serve
