Twice-baked Potatoes

Fluffy potatoes, bacon, green onions, cheese, cream and butter stuffed back into shells and baked twice makes these loaded potatoes so worth the fat pants

4 large Russet potatoes (baking size)
4 strips bacon
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup butter
2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
