White Chocolate Dream Pie in a sprinkle graham cracker crust. A wonderful creamy filling of white chocolate ganache, cream cheese and whipped topping/cream with the colors of the rainbow. A Graham Cracker crust with loads of sprinkles round out this colorful and tasty pie. Perfect for any Rainbow, Unicorn or Sprinkle party.

2 packs of graham crackers, crushed or about 2.5 cups
1 stick of butter, melted
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 egg white - the white from one egg
Assorted Sprinkles
1.5 cups of white chocolate
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup powdered Sugar
8 ounces of cream cheese, softened
8 ounces of cool whip or 3.5 cups of stabilized whipped cream
Cool Whip for topping or Whipped cream (optional)
9-inch spring form
Chocolate food coloring
