The cake and frosting are so incredibly delicious. It tastes like a delicious strawberry shortcake.
Frosting
2- 8 ounce packages reduced fat cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
4 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup seedless strawberry jam
3/4 cup heavy whipping cream, chilled

2 tablespoon vanilla extract

4 tablespoons seedless strawberry jam
6 cups sliced strawberries, divided (approximately)
