Vanilla Chai Tea Latte

In order to warm up the past few days, I have made my homemade chai tea latte, and have had several people ask me for the recipe! So, here ya go! I usually make it just for me, but I am sure you can double it! Or triple it! It is yummy, warm, and inviting on a cold, rainy day!

1 chai tea bag (I like Tazo the best, but go with whatever you like!)
1/3 cup boiling water (I make my tea real concentrated and let it steep for a while)
1 cup milk (whatever kind you’d like!)
2 drops vanilla extract (I know, real sophisticated, but I just drop it in!)
a little heavy whipping cream (optional) (don’t judge me)
2 teaspoons of sugar (again, this is how I roll, but you can do whatever)
