Homemade vanilla cupcakes topped with a sunshine sweet lemon cream cheese frosting. So full of bright spring flavors!

INGREDIENTS
1½ cups all-purpose flour
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
¾ cup white granulated sugar
1¼ tsp baking powder
2 eggs, room temperature
½ cup milk
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the frosting
4 oz cream cheese, softened
2 Tbs unsalted butter, softened
2½ Tbs lemon curd
1 cup powdered sugar

6 tbsp Mayonnaise
4 tbsp Milk
1/2 tsp Mastard
