- 10 Wafers of wheat (type fajitas)
- 5 or 6 carrots
- 2 cucumber
- 20 square feet costs (small)

Peel the carrots, cut them into sticks more or less thick or long.
Do the same with the cucumbers.
Mix 2 fresh square and season with salt, pepper and a little lemon juice.
Spread the square cubed fresh on the entire length of central a fajitas, place top of baguettes of cucumbers and carrots.
Close the fajitas, place it there in a flat and repeat the process with the other.
Cover the dish with parchment paper and turn on the all in the fridge. (You can eat of suite but it is best when it are well cold).
