Very Berry Salad w/ Honey Sweetened Raspberry Vinaigrette

The perfect way to welcome summer. All of your favorite berries on top of a bed of greens sprinkled with feta cheese and candied almonds. Drizzled with a fantastic vinaigrette.

For the salad
4 c. spring lettuce mix
1 c. fresh blueberries
1 c. fresh strawberries, quartered
1 c. fresh raspberries
1/4 c. feta cheese
For the candied almonds
1/2 c. sliced almonds
1/2-1 tbsp. sugar (white or brown)
For the vinaigrette
2 c. fresh raspberries
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1/4 c. extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
3 tbsp. honey
