5 minute Very Berry Spinach Smoothie! A healthy protein packed smoothie loaded with berries and spinach.

1 cup strawberries
1/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup raspberries
2 cups spinach
1 banana
2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
1/2 cup soy milk
Add all of the ingredients to a blender. Pulse for 30 seconds, stir and pulse for an additional 30 seconds. Pour into two glasses and serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

8 small taro roots
water
salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)

  1. Wash the taro roots well.
  2. Slightly cut a slit into each root, but not big enough to split the root into two pieces. This will allow the water and marinade to go into the taro root
