This sandwich is so delicious and a great way to use that leftover Thanksgiving turkey. The raisin bread takes this yummy sandwich over the top!!

1 1/4 cups cooked turkey breast ( chicken will work in this recipe too )
1 small apple ( chopped I used a Gala apple )
1/4 cup celery ( diced )
4 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 tablespoons plain yogurt
2 tablespoons walnuts ( chopped )
2 tablespoons raisins
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
4 romaine lettuce leaves
