Weekend Chili in the Ninja

My chili is never the same! I usually use what I have on hand.

1.5 pounds ground beef
1 cup frozen diced onions
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes with oregano, garlic & basil
1 can ( 15 oz) pinto beans with jalapenos
1 can (15 oz) light red kidney beans (drained)
1 can (15 oz) red beans (drained)
1 can (15 oz) black beans (drained & rinsed)
1 can (4 oz) chopped green chiles
1 can (4 oz) mushrooms, pieces & stems (drained)
2 Tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cinnamon
water, to cover
In the Ninja, brown the ground beef on stovetop high, drain off excess grease. Turn to crockpot high, add all remaining ingredients. Add enough water to cover everything. Cover & cook on crockpot high for 4-5 hours or crockpot low for 7-8 hours. Top with shredded cheese, oyster crackers and/or sour cream. Perfect for leftovers or can be frozen.
