White Chocolate Butterscotch Cashew Cookies

Cookies loaded with both white chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and cashews!

1 cup butter softened
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 cups flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch chips
1 cup chopped cashews
