White Chocolate Easter Egg Crunch Clusters

These crunchy, melt-in-your-mouth clusters feature a mixture of white chocolate and peanut butter over crisp corn flakes. Chocolate eggs are scattered among the clusters for extra color and flavor!

1 block (11 oz) vanilla almond bark (or 11 oz white chocolate chips)
3/4 c. creamy peanut butter
1 bag Hershey's candy-coated chocolate eggs

8 small taro roots
water
salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)

  2. Slightly cut a slit into each root, but not big enough to split the root into two pieces. This will allow the water and marinade to go into the taro root
