These White Chocolate Oatmeal Bars are a simple yet delicious treat. Simple enough for dessert or even to throw in the kiddo’s lunch box. They are sweet but not TOO sweet. In my book they are healthy because they have oats ;) You choose the flavor depending on your picky eaters tastes. When I make these I split the recipe in half and make two different flavors in 2 8×8 pans. If you don’t want two flavors then just make one 9×9 pan for thicker bars or 9×12 pan for thinner bars. 1 1/2 c quick cooking oats
3/4 c brown sugar
1/4 c white sugar
1/2 tsp salt
