White Chocolate Pretzel Snickerdoodles

These cookies are A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. There's not much more to say. The pictures speak for themselves. It's pretty hard to beat a soft Snickerdoodle base, loaded with crunchy white chocolate pretzel bits, rolled in a cinnamon/sugar mixture. The combination will "Wow" you, like it did my family and the group of 10 and 11 year old girls that I shared these with at my church.

2 3/4 cup flour
2 t. cream of tartar
1/2 t. salt
1 t. baking soda
1 c. crisco or 1/2 c. crisco and 1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. white sugar
2 eggs

1 package (5 oz.) white chocolate covered pretzels (I use Flipz)

For rolling:
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 T. cinnamon
