Whole Wheat Butterscotch Zucchini Squares

I'm trying to make healthier dessert recipes, so this one uses all whole-wheat flour, lots of zucchini, and just a quarter cup of sugar in the whole thing! A lot of its sweetness comes from the butterscotch chips. I don't like butterscotch on its own, but I recently discovered that when you melt butterscotch chips, it makes an amazing base for blondies. 1 cup whole-wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
3/4 cup butterscotch chips
¼ cup vegetable oil
¼ cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 ½ cups shredded zucchini
