Whole Wheat Pizza

My family loves making pizza and I have a stuffed crust pizza on my blog, but I thought I would try whole wheat pizza as I love wheat stuff and it was delicious. It was a little drier that the regular pizza, but still good!

1 .25 oz yeast
1 cup warm water
2 cups whole wheat flour, you may need a little more to get to desired consistency
2 tsp oil
1 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
1/4 cup oil or butter
1 1/2 Tablespoons garlic (we love garlic, so we use a ton!)
1 1/2 Tbsp onion powder
1 tsp parsley
Toppings
7 ounce package of pepperoni
2.25 oz slices olives
14 oz jar of pizza sauce (we just do the generic brand)
2 cups shredded cheese, we like Colby jack
1 cup warm water

Dissolve the yeast in the warm water, then I add all the ingredients with the flour being last. Slowly add in the flour until you get the desired consistency.
