Winter Mornings Hot Chocolate Mix

I love starting my day with some of this mix stirred into my coffee.

2 c. non-fat dry milk powder
¾ c. Sugar Twin (or other sugar substitute)
½ c. unsweetened cocoa powder
½ c. mini semisweet chocolate chips
½ c. powdered nondairy creamer
1/8 tsp. salt

In a large mixing bowl blend ingredients well. Store in a decorative container until ready to use. For a cup of hot chocolate, place 3-4 tbsp. mix into cup and add boiling water, stirring well afterward.
I like to add 2 tbsp to my morning coffee for a mocha taste! When I make the mix for this purpose, I often add an instant coffee mix (dry) to the jar and blend well.
For Orange or Raspberry flavor…add a 3 oz. box of sugar-free gelatin to the mix.
