Yummy Pistachio Dessert

This is an easy, yummy dessert great for a family get together, a summer BBQ, or as my mom made - any church function! It's a great no bake dessert for that young chef to whip together!

Townhouse Crackers - 2 tubes of crackers

1 stick butter

1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream

2 packages of instant pistachio pudding

Cool whip - 8 oz.

6 funsize Butterfinger candy bars

Directions: Set Vanilla ice cream out to soften. Process 2 tubes of Townhouse crackers in food processor until crumbs. Melt butter and add to food processor and pulse until thoroughly combined. *No food...
