Yummy Pumpkin Bars
When fall comes around, I can't get enough of anything with pumpkin in it. There are so many great recipes that use pumpkin. This is one of my favorites that I make each year. They are called pumpkin bars, but they are light like a cake. I always get many compliments when I make these, and they are perfect for any family party.

4 eggs
1 2/3 cup sugar
1 cup oil
1 (16 oz) can pumpkin
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
Cream Cheese Frosting:
1 8 oz package cream cheese
6 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 cups powdered sugar
1 2/3 cup sugar
1 cup oil
1 (16 oz) can pumpkin
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
Cream Cheese Frosting:
1 8 oz package cream cheese
6 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 cups powdered sugar
In a bowl, beat eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin until light and fluffy.
In a separate bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and soda.
