Zingy Bean Salsa with beans, corn, pepper, tomato, onion and salsa.

1 15-oz can black beans
1 15-oz can pinto beans
2 cups corn
1 ½ cups chopped tomatoes
½ cup chopped red bell pepper
½ cup chopped green bell pepper
½ cup minced red onion
1/3 cup minced cilantro

¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup fresh lime juice (or red wine vinegar)
1 tsp salt
fresh ground pepper to taste
½ cup crumbled feta cheese (optional- for an extra zing!)
COMBINE: Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and let marinade in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving for maximum flavor. Though flavorful, this salsa is very mild. If you...
