Zucchini Carrot Cake Bread with Cream Cheese Frosting

For the Bread
¾ C whole wheat flour
¾ C white whole wheat or all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
? tsp allspice
½ C brown sugar
1 egg
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ C plain or vanilla yogurt
¼ C melted coconut oil (you can also use melted and cooled butter)
½ C milk
1 C shredded carrots
½ C shredded zucchini
For the Frosting
4 oz cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp butter, softened
1 1/2 C confectioner\'s sugar
chopped pecans, optional
