Zucchini Carrot Cake Bread with Cream Cheese Frosting

Enjoy carrot cake in bread form with extra moisture from shredded zucchini! Topped off with cream cheese frosting, this bread is irresistible!

For the Bread
¾ C whole wheat flour
¾ C white whole wheat or all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg

½ C brown sugar
1 egg
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ C plain or vanilla yogurt
¼ C melted coconut oil (you can also use melted and cooled butter)
½ C milk
1 C shredded carrots
½ C shredded zucchini

4 oz cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp butter, softened
1 1/2 C confectioner\'s sugar
chopped pecans, optional
