Made these and I can't get enough.....Garden zucchini with onions and cheese fried up into a crispy patty...YUM! :)

2 1/4 cups grated zucchini
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
