Zucchini Pesto Pasta Salad

2 large zucchini (chopped)
1/3 cup pine nuts (toasted)
1/2 cup parmesan cheese (see note below)
20 mint leaves
10 basil leaves
1 clove garlic
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup olive oil
PASTA SALAD
1lb ziti rigate pasta (cooked)
1 package cherry tomatoes (sliced in half)
1.5 cups broccoli (cut into bite-size pieces, blanched in boiling water for one minute)
2 chicken breasts (cooked & cut into bite-size pieces )
