2 1/2 pounds apples ( apples, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced )
1 cup Sugar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
8 ounces cream cheese ( softened )
1 egg
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1/2 cup Heath toffee bits
1 tablespoon milk
2 tablespoons Sugar
