Asian Style Turkey Noodles

A lightened up version of a takeout favorite. Perfect for a quick, weeknight meal.

1 lb lean ground turkey
1 T olive oil
1 sweet onion, diced
2 stalks celery, diced
1 tsp ginger paste
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 C beef broth
2 T cornstarch
1/4 C hoisin sauce
2 T soy sauce
9 oz refrigerated Chinese noodles
2 green onions, chopped
1 T olive oil

Heat 1 T oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Add turkey and cook until no longer pink. Remove turkey from pan and set aside.
