Simple way to enjoy rice and spinach together.

½ teaspoon miso paste
1 cup parboiled chopped spinach, packed
¼ teaspoon salt (optional)
¼ cup rice flour
½ teaspoon miso paste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Beat egg, mix with miso, add salt if using. (Beware that some miso paste are saltier than others)
Add spinach and rice flour, mix well.
Oil a baking dish and pour the mixture in.
Bake for 15 minutes.
