Cherry Tomatoes with Onion Sauce

Sometimes a sauce makes a big difference.

10 cherry tomatoes
1 tablespoon olive oil
¼ cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
Heat oil in a small saucepan. Saute the onion for 2 minutes or until soft. Add Balsamic vinegar and honey, stir until the mixture becomes syrupy. Put some lettuce on a plate (optional), place the tomatoes on the lettuce, then pour the onion sauce over the tomatoes. You may use bamboo skewers to serve the tomatoes like kebab, or chop the tomatoes then mix with the sauce. Try different ways.
