Double Crunch Honey Garlic Chicken

Fried, seasoned chicken breasts with a crunchy coating and a sweet and sour honey garlic sauce.

For the chicken:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup flour
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons pepper
1 tablespoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground thyme
1 teaspoon ground sage
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 eggs
4 tablespoons water
1/4 cup canola oil, for cooking chicken

For the honey garlic sauce:
2 tablespoons olive oil
3-4 cloves minced garlic
1 cup honey
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon pepper
