Easy Taco Casserole in the Ninja

This is a quick & easy meal for even a novice cook to put together.

1.5 lb. ground beef, cooked
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups mild salsa
1 can corn, drained
4-6 flour tortillas
4 cups Doritos, broke into smaller pieces

1. In the Ninja, brown the ground meat & drain. Mix with corn & salsa. Pour into a bowl & set aside.
2. Grease the bottom of the Ninja. Pour a little salsa to cover the bottom.
3. Cover the bottom with a tortilla. Top with half of the meat mixture and half of the cheese.
4. Repeat the layers until everything is used up.
5. Top with crunched Doritos.
6. Cook on stovetop low for about 40 minutes or until done.
Top with sour cream and/or salsa.
